Adding Accounts under your Commercial Account
Permitted users can now create accounts under their commercial account (if granted the correct permissions) through the Rata portal, rather than having to use the Renee (Legacy) software. If you are a commercial user and would like the permissions to add Accounts please contact our Support team. This article is a step by step guide on how to add Accounts under a Commercial account.
Adding Accounts
- Log into the online version of RATA at https://online.fecpakg2.com
- Select "Supply chain" in the left navigation under "Settings".
- Select "Accounts".
- Select "Add an account" at the bottom of the page.
- Enter the account name (for example, the name of the Client.)
- If you manage multiple Sites, select the Site under which the account should be created.
- Enter the following required details:
- Email of the client.
- Retype the email of the client.
- First name of the client.
- Last name of the client.
- Add the client's phone numbers if applicable.
- If you want the client to be able to log into the FECPAKG2 portal to be able to view their results online, tick the "Portal access" checkbox.
- If you want the client to receive emails for results, tick the "Receive results" checkbox.
- Enter the following required property details for the account:
- Property name - Name of the client's property
- Number - Number of the Road the property is located on.
- Road - Name of the Road the property is located on.
- Town/City - Name of the Town or City the property is located in.
- Postcode
- Country
- Region (if applicable)
- Enter the other address details if applicable.
- Select the species you want to be able to do samples against.
- Click "Save".
- Sync the details to your Micro-I by selecting "sync Micro-I" on the left hand side bar.
The new account should now appear in the list of accounts under your Commercial account and you will be able to complete submissions against them.
Please note: When you add a client, they will receive a one off email approving their details, this is inline with GDPR.
