Commercial User - Auto Upload Submission Troubleshooting

Between software versions v3.11 and v3.12 Commercial Users who use the portal's ‘Auto-Upload’ submissions were not uploading correctly. It even happens after the green 'Upload Successful' banner has been shown. Instead of uploading to our system for the test images to be read the submission stays in your 'Upload Submission' tab.

As of Software version 3.12, this has been resolved.

Using the ‘Manual-Upload’ function ensures test images upload correctly.

Our team are monitoring for unsuccessful submissions and will be in contact to retrieve any submissions that need to be uploaded. However, for any future submissions, use the ‘Manual-Upload’ function (outlined below) not the 'Auto-Upload' function.

A software release to solve this issue is scheduled for late January 2024 (pending testing). Meanwhile, follow these steps to ensure your submission is successfully uploaded.
