Export result data in RATA Portal

The 3.10 release adds the ability for a user to export their historical results to a CSV file from within the RATA portal.

 

To export data:

  1. Log into the RATA Portal using your login details.
  2. Navigate to "View Results", located on the left-hand side of your screen. 
  4. Click "Download Results" located underneath the list of results or using the Download icon above the results
  5. Fill in the form for Downloading test results:
    • Start date - Earliest date to get the results for.
    • End date - The latest date to get the results for.
    • Format - CSV
  6. Click "Download".
  7. Much like when uploading a submission, a banner will appear at the bottom of the page. You can either cancel the download or minimise the banner with the minimise button. When the download is ready, the file will download to your computer.
  8. Finally click on the downloaded file in your downloads folder to open or use the import function within your desired spreadsheet program.
