Starting September 11th, 2024, all digital microscopes must run software version 3.20 or above.
As older versions of the software won’t be able to synchronise or upload submissions due to a change in our data base. They will however, still be able to download and install updates.
To update the software:
- Please power on and connect your digital microscope to the internet.
- You should automatically be presented a software update notification
- Click "Update Now"
- Wait for the software update to complete - this could take a few minutes depending on your internet speed.
- Your digital microscope should automatically restart - if not, please restart your imaging device manually.
