1. SAMPLE INFORMATION IS MISSING

It may be that between filling in the information for a sample and submitting

Resolve the issue

1. Log in to your Micro-I

    1. Visit the FECPAKG2 portal and log in when prompted.

2. Return to the list of your pending uploads

    1. Select 'upload submissions'

3. Edit the affected submission

  1. Click the "edit" icon on the errored submission.
  2. Select an option for each required field (Mob and Individual), other fields can be left blank if they have appeared. (Note: Only saved fields can be entered here. You can not add new values to these fields).
  3. Click "Save"
  4. Click "Upload"
