Software release V4.13 contains the following new features and changes:
RATA
- When signing into the portal, if the user has access to more than one site or account, they will now see the hierarchy of the account so they can select the correct one.
- This is particularly important for customers who submit RataTrac test kits to multiple processing sites.
- When a user submits a RataTrac test kit sample, the message confirming that the sample has been submitted successfully and can now be posted to the processing site will not automatically hide after a set time.
- A red dot will now display beside the 'Sample issues' heading when viewing a result in 'View results'
- Updated/new user guides:
- The supplied components page has been updated with the latest set of components.
- Added a reference to Windows 11 on the Windows 10 connection pages in the user guide.
