Software Release V 5.11

Software release V 5.11 contains the following new features and changes:

 

RataTrac: 

  • Staff can now submit RataTrac samples on behalf of an Account. If the Account does not already exist, it can be created at the time of submission.
  • Billing contact details are now saved across multiple RataTrac submissions. Customers no longer need to re‑enter billing information for every submission. This is designed to streamline and simplify the submission process for repeat users

Known Issues: 

Customers with Fluke + Spore counting or Worm ID enabled may see:

  • Fluke options displayed on a Micro‑I 300
  • Spore and Worm ID options displayed on a Micro‑I 200
