Software release V 5.15 contains the following new features and changes:

Updates to Contact Details Management

We’ve introduced an important update to how your contact details are stored and managed in the Rata Platform.

Your contact information is now kept separate across different companies and portal logins. This means that when you provide your details to one company processing your samples, they remain distinct from any information you share with another company, or from the details linked to your portal login.

You’ll still be able to view all your information in one place, but you now have greater control over what is shared and when.

This update also removes the need for permission request emails. Only the contact details you choose to share during registration or when submitting samples will be visible to others—giving you full control of your information at all times.

Quality of Life Improvements

Your Micro-I units are now ordered by their unique ID. This makes it simpler and more consistent to find and manage your units. 

Improved Results Communication

When your results are sent out, the email footer will now include the contact details of the site that processed your sample. This makes it easier for you to get in touch with them directly or to reply to the results email if you have any questions.
