RATA

• Removal of the requirement to always grant the primary account contact access to the RATA portal.
  • Contacts will still need to accept and invite the email link to grant access to their contact information in the RATA Portal.
• User Guides:
  • The Cattle and Sheep, Alpaca & Goat preparation guides have been updated with the latest process. 

Bug fixes: 

• Fixed an issue where the message banner "Upload Succeeded" was displayed in the portal even when no upload was pending.
