Software Release V 5.21

Software release V 5.21 contains the following new features and changes:

Results & Reporting Enhancements:

Results Emails

  • For submissions containing a single sample, results emails and PDF report filenames now include the Mob or Individual name. This makes reports easier to identify and file.

Download Test Results

The test results export process has been significantly improved.

  • Exports now automatically carry over filters already applied on the View Results page.

  • Additional filtering options are available when downloading results, including:

-  Search filters

-  Date range filters

-  Account filters

  • Exported data columns have been reorganised to improve usability and reporting.

  • Result values and measurement units are now separated into their own columns.

These changes make it easier to find, analyse, and report on test result data.

RataTrac:

Improvement to the RataTrac workflow

  • Terminology updated from "Number" to "Code" to align with printed RataTrac kit materials.

  • Fixed an issue where the Add button could fail when tracking a sample.

  • Species selection can now be updated until a submission is marked Ready to Send.

These changes provide a simpler and more intuitive experience when setting up and managing RataTrac submissions.


Representative who submits RataTrac submission on behalf of Account set as contact point

When a Representative submits a RataTrac submission on behalf of an Account they will now be:

  • Copied into results

  • Listed as the Representative on results reports

  • Included in Reply-to email addresses so the customer can reply to results to get further information from the Representative

This ensures the Representative is kept up to date with the results of the submission and is the key contact for queries.

RATA:

New Account Registration During Submission

Creating submissions is now faster and more streamlined.

  • Users can now create a new Account directly from the submission workflow in the Cloud Portal.

  • There is no longer a need to leave the submission process to register an account first.

  • Once the account is created, the submission can be completed immediately.


This reduces the number of administrative steps and makes it quicker to submit samples for new customers.
