What devices does FECPAK Connect support?

FECPAK Connect supports the following digital microscopes:

  • Micro-I 100
  • Micro-I 200
  • Micro-I 300

Why can I not log in?

FECPAK Connect uses the same user credentials you use to log into https://online.fecpak.com/.

How do I reset my password?

You can reset your password by going to https://online.fecpak.com/login/resetpassword and following the on-screen instructions.

Why does the app not find my digital microscope?

Common reasons:
  • Your digital microscope might not be turned on.
    • Please make sure your digital microscope is plugged in and powered on.
  • Your digital microscope may be too far away from your mobile device.
    1. Open your mobile devices Wi-Fi settings and check your digital microscope's serial number is displayed in the list.
    2. If not, move your mobile device closer to your digital microscope.
    3. Re-open the app and try again.
  • Your digital microscope might not be assigned to your account.
    • Please reach out to our friendly team at hello@fecpak.com and we will get your digital microscope assigned to your account.

Why can I not connect to a Wi-Fi network?

Common reasons:

  • Your digital microscope may be too far away from your Wi-Fi router.
    • Please try move your digital microscope closer to your Wi-Fi router.
  • The password to your Wi-Fi network is incorrect,
    • Please double-check you are entering the correct Wi-Fi password for your Wi-Fi network.
